In July, myself and my husband needed to put our house up for sale immediately. We were unsure as to who would be our agent, but saw a sign up in our neighbourhood for The O'Reilly Team. We called them that night and spoke with Pam about our situation - being that we were looking to sell quickly, but not wanting to purchase, as we were making a move up north to Parry Sound. Pam indicated that she was more than willing to assist us, and worked around our schedule to meet with us. The next day, Pam was happy to come ALL the way out to our house in Townsend, meet with us and discuss the sale of our house. Our first meeting with her was a surprisingly wonderful experience. We had bought and sold a home before, but had never received such exceptional service as what she provided for us. Pam was genuine, honest, organized, and extremely helpful with good advice for us. Needless to say, our house sold fairly quickly and we were very satisfied customers. However, Pam's help didn't stop just there. Pam has continued to follow up with us since our move - just to check in and see how our transition has gone. At this point in time, we are 4 weeks past the closing of the sale of our house, and Pam has continued to assist us with any problem, big or small...even as small as a $50.00 transaction between ourselves and the buyers of our house. The fact is that, even when a problem has not been her responsibility, she has been there to help us out and alleviate any problems that have occured. My husband and I both feel that we are provided with exceptional service from Pam. As many of us know, it can be extremely difficult to find and select a real estate agent who we can trust and depend on. Everyone always hears about the bad experiences that people have had, but there are not enough people out there who are willing to speak of the great ones. This is why we felt that it was so important to recognize Pam for her efforts. Knowing that with our move up north, we probably won't be able to be clients of hers for the rest of our lives - she still went above and beyond our expectations. We would like to say a big thank you to Pam for all of her help, flexibility and support. We would recommend The O'Reilly Team to anyone out there who is looking for loyal and genuine agents.

It was my first home purchase on my own as a newly single parent and I was terrified at the thought of having to do this on my own. My daughter had suggested Luke and arranged for him to call me as I was afraid to make the first step. It was the best thing that could have happened. Luke was patient as we must have gone through 20 houses over 2-3 months. He was honest and would tell me when he didn't like things about a property, and made me feel that I could express how I felt. I apologized to Luke repeatedly for never being interested in the properties I asked to see, but Luke assured me that the right one would come along. He was right and it is perfect. Aside from the home search, Luke also suggested a mortgage broker. Although I was initially reluctant to deal with one as I had preconceived ideas, I was completely wrong. The broker arranged for a better interest rate for my mortgage at the same bank I had initially gotten a pre-approved mortgage at, and I was elated! From the initial meeeting to the final closing, Luke and The O'Reilly Team has made my biggest decision easier. I would completely recommend them and I will definitely be looking for The O'Reilly Team when the time comes to move again. Luke... I can't thank you enough!
