Childhood afternoons at the Stoney Creek Dairy, weekend family visits along Burlington's lakeshore, establishing a professional career in Hamilton's bustling business district, and starting a family in the quaint town of Caledonia - these are just some of the wonderful memories Dave is able to recall as a proud lifelong resident of the Hamilton area. Now residing on Hamilton's West Mountain, Dave is thrilled to be able to serve members of his community.

Dave's resume is as extraordinary as his love for his community. Prior to entering real estate in the late 90s, Dave spent over 25 years working in media advertising with such organizations as The Hamilton Spectator, Brabant Newspapers, and other local media outlets. His years of media experience have made him a marketing guru, which is a major benefit for sellers as he is able to provide clients with effective marketing tactics to ensure properties receive maximum exposure.

Dave is a true professional who is committed to providing the highest level of service to his clients with honesty and integrity. Dave's ability to interpret his client's unique needs and desires has contributed to his ranking in the Top 3% of the area's real estate representatives receiving the Diamond Award for sales excellence.

When not serving his clients, you can find Dave fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society, trying to perfect his swing on the golf course, or rooting for his favourite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys.



Pam has been an athlete and coach for much of her life. Whether coaching high school basketball or playing in local softball leagues, Pam's team members and players have always been able to turn to her for advice. Therefore, it is no coincidence that so many people turn to Pam when buying or selling a property as the compassionate characteristics she has demonstrated as an athlete and coach are now deeply entrenched in her everyday business dealings.

Pam has been a lifelong resident of the Hamilton area. Growing up in East Hamilton, she attended Glendale Secondary School before going on to study at McMaster University for Commerce. In her professional career, Pam worked for such organizations as H&R Johnson, The Hamilton Spectator, and Laidlaw prior to getting into real estate in the mid 90s. Since then, Pam has been working with both buyers and sellers with enthusiasm and dedication, ultimately providing an unmatched level of service and excellence to her clients.

Pam understands that the real estate transaction is one of the most important decisions one will make and that the process can be particularly stressful for many buyers and sellers. Therefore, she is personally committed to putting each and every one of her client's needs first to ensure that each transaction goes as smooth as possible. Pam's care and dedication has contributed to her receipt of the Diamond Award for sales excellence, ranking in top 3% of the area's real estate representatives.

When not helping clients, you can find Pam out on the golf course, gardening, curled up with a good book, or following NFL football.

 

Luke is an extremely dedicated and hard-working individual who always puts one hundred percent into everything he does. Therefore, whether buying or selling, clients can rest assured that Luke will always go above and beyond so that they are completely satisfied during each and every real estate transaction.

Luke was raised in Caledonia by his parents Dave and Pam, and was surrounded by real estate for the majority of his upbringing. After attaining an Honours degree from McMaster University and working in both the Pharmaceutical and Metal Recycling industries, Luke joined his parents in what is now a three dimensional real estate team. His passion and enthusiasm for the industry is evident as he constantly strives to exceed expectations by providing superior service to clients with extreme attention to detail.

As a Communications major in University, Luke understands and strongly believes that excellent communication and competence are both key fundamentals required to make each real estate transaction effective and successful. Similarly, Luke believes that making well-informed decisions is key. Therefore, Luke's clients are always provided with the most accurate, up-to-date, and cutting edge industry information.

When not helping clients buy or sell, you can find Luke playing basketball in a local pick-up league, exercising at a local gym, or trying to keep strokes off his game on the golf course.
